Streamline Events

Plain-language information about how Streamline Events operates and the choices available to you.

01

What this policy covers

This policy explains how Streamline Publishing, Inc. uses cookies, local storage, pixels, web beacons, and similar technology when you use Streamline Events, open certain emails, watch embedded media, or interact with connected services.

A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. Local storage keeps information in your browser for similar purposes. Pixels and web beacons can record that a page, video, or message was viewed or acted upon.

02

Strictly necessary technology

These tools support functions you request and cannot always be disabled through the platform. They may keep you signed in, protect forms and accounts, balance traffic, remember security state, preserve a checkout or registration flow, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, purchases, community features, live rooms, privacy controls, or other parts of the service from working.

03

Functional and media technology

Functional storage can remember choices such as time zone, display preferences, media progress, and other experience settings. Embedded Vimeo video, Daily live rooms, Elfsight widgets, Gorgias support tools, calendar services, or other enabled features may set or read their own cookies when loaded.

Some optional providers are loaded only on pages where their feature is used.

04

Analytics and performance

We use privacy-aware event and page analytics to understand traffic, registrations, purchases, watch time, feature adoption, errors, and performance. This helps us improve event experiences, identify technical problems, and understand which campaigns or pages are useful.

Analytics may use first-party identifiers, approximate location, device and browser details, referral information, and interaction events. Where consent is required, optional analytics should be used only with the appropriate permission.

05

Marketing and email measurement

When enabled, advertising and marketing technology may help measure campaigns, limit repeated ads, understand referral sources, personalize relevant offers, or reach people who previously showed interest in a Streamline event or product.

Marketing emails may contain pixels or tracked links that record delivery, opens, clicks, bounces, complaints, or unsubscribes. You can opt out of promotional email using the unsubscribe link in the message. Service and purchase messages may still be sent.

06

Provider examples

Depending on the page and current configuration, technology may be provided by Streamline and vendors supporting authentication, hosting, Shopify or Stripe commerce, Vimeo video, Daily live rooms, Resend email, Twilio messaging, Gorgias support, Elfsight widgets, analytics, or advertising.

Third-party providers control their own technology and retention under their policies. The providers actually used can change as we improve the platform.

07

Your choices

Most browsers let you review, delete, or block cookies and site data. Browser help is available for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.

You can also change eligible analytics, personalization, community, email, and SMS choices in the Privacy Center when signed in. Clearing browser data may sign you out and reset preferences.

08

Retention and updates

Session cookies generally expire when the session ends. Persistent cookies and local storage remain for a defined period or until removed. Retention varies by purpose and provider; we aim to keep identifiers no longer than reasonably necessary.

We may update this policy as technology, providers, or law changes. The effective date identifies the latest revision.
