Effective August 8, 2026Applies to Streamline Events and its connected services
Streamline Events

Plain-language information about how Streamline Events operates and the choices available to you.

01

Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Streamline Publishing, Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Streamline Events, including event pages, registration, live rooms, replays, community features, account tools, emails, text messages, and connected services.

It supplements Streamline Publishing’s broader corporate privacy practices with details specific to this platform. When a separate offer, event, contest, or service provides additional privacy terms, those terms also apply to that activity.

02

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect:

  • Account and profile information, such as your name, email, phone number, location, biography, profile image, art interests, experience level, and communication preferences.
  • Purchase and registration information, including orders, ticket type, event access, receipts, discount or referral attribution, and transaction status. Full payment-card details are handled by payment providers rather than stored directly by Streamline Events.
  • Event and content activity, such as check-in, room attendance, replay access, watch time, session progress, calendar actions, and resources you use.
  • Community information, including posts, comments, reactions, mentions, direct messages, reports, blocks, group membership, and moderation records.
  • Device and usage information, including browser type, device type, approximate location derived from network or time-zone information, referring pages, pages viewed, clicks, errors, and security logs.
  • Support and survey information you provide when contacting us, submitting a privacy request, completing a form, or responding to research.
03

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve Streamline Events; create and secure accounts; process registrations and purchases; deliver live and on-demand content; personalize recommendations; support community participation; provide customer service; prevent fraud and abuse; measure event and marketing performance; comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and communicate service updates.

We send promotional email or text messages when we have permission or another lawful basis to do so. You can unsubscribe from marketing email, change eligible preferences in your Privacy Center, or reply STOP to supported marketing text messages. Transactional and security messages may still be sent when necessary to provide a requested service.

04

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share limited information with Streamline affiliates and service providers that help us run the platform, subject to appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations. Provider categories may include:

  • commerce and payment services, such as Shopify and Stripe;
  • hosting, database, security, and infrastructure providers;
  • email, SMS, customer-support, and form providers, such as Resend, Twilio, Gorgias, and Elfsight;
  • video, streaming, and live-room providers, such as Vimeo, Daily, and approved event streaming services;
  • analytics and advertising services used to understand performance and reach relevant audiences.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or property, to investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

05

Community, messages, and public content

Profile details and content you choose to post in public or shared community spaces may be visible to other members and, depending on the space, to visitors or search engines. Direct messages are limited to conversation participants and authorized safety or support personnel when review is necessary to address a report, enforce platform rules, or comply with law.

Do not publish sensitive information that you do not want others to see. Deleting content from the platform may not remove copies previously saved, shared, or indexed by others.

06

Cookies and similar technology

We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, media, performance measurement, and—where enabled—marketing. Some are essential for the service to work. Others help us understand and improve the experience.

See our Cookie Policy for categories, provider examples, and browser controls.

07

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing purchased access, maintaining transaction and attendance records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or securely isolate it.

We use administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a strong password and protecting access to your account.

08

Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a privacy decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Signed-in users can review consent choices, download account information, and submit verified requests in the Privacy Center. You may also contact us using the details below. We may verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained when required by law or necessary to complete a transaction.

09

Children and international use

Streamline Events is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

If you use the service outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. We apply protections appropriate to the information and applicable law.

10

Updates and contact information

We may update this policy as the platform, providers, or law changes. The effective date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated when required.
