In this video workshop you will learn how she sketches and shades in the values on #300 watercolor paper, then underpaints, overpaints, lifts and pushes color until she achieves the glowing, radiant, saturated color she desires. Using Penny’s approach you too can confidently tackle whatever subject you choose.
